Of bombé shape, enamelled and gilt on both sides of the body and cover and at the centre of the stand with a coat-of-arms, coronet, crest, canine supporters and motto Maintien Le Droit, the rims with an enamelled blue band, two blue flower sprays alternating with the arms on the cover, applied with entwined berried strap-handles and a lotus bud finial
