The circular watch cover with white guilloché enamel over a rayed ground, within a border of rose-diamonds and applied with a shaded enamel, pearl and rose-diamond sprig of mistletoe, suspended from the openwork brooch similarly formed as a spray of mistletoe, in original fitted wood case stamped in Cyrillic 'Fabergé' with Imperial warrant 'St.Petersburg Moscow, Odessa', marked on the pin and pin-guard, with inventory number on the reverse of the brooch, the watch marked inside the case.
