The shaped circular dishes with gadrooned shell, foliate scroll and anthemion border, the detachable fluted domed covers with cast anthemion, shell and foliate scroll band and chased with flutes, foliage and gadrooning, with detachable leaf-capped reeded ring handle with lion's mask terminals on an acanthus flower and foliage calyx, the stands each on four lion's paw feet, with gadrooned borders, two leaf-capped scroll handles and plain circular liners, the covers engraved twice with a coat-of-arms, the dishes twice with a crest, marked on dishes, covers, handles and liners, the dishes and covers numbered 3 and 4 and stamped with numbers 999 and 478
