The shaped oval frame on four pierced leaf-capped shell and scroll feet, the body of the frame pierced and chased with stars, quatrefoils, shells, scrolls and foliage and hung with floral garlands, with four detachable ribbon-bound palm columns supporting the latticework canopy, pierced and chased with floral garlands and with detachable pineapple finial, the central detachable boat-shaped basket pierced with latticework, stars, quatrefoils, rosettes and scrolls, with rose and scroll terminals and shell, scroll and flower rim, with eight flower and leaf-capped scroll branches, four terminating in a beaded circular dish holder hung with floral garlands, each supporting a shaped circular pierced dish, and four hung with similar pierced basket with swing handle, the central basket engraved with a coat-of-arms, the dishes with a crest, fully marked
