Shaped oval and on spreading fott pierced with quatrefoils, the body pierced with scalework, latticework, scrolls and foliage and chased with ribbon-tied flower garlands and rosettes, gadrooned borders and pierced leaf-capped swing handle applied with scroll and foliage cartcoushe, the centre chased with palmettes and engraved with script initials APA, marked in basket, the handle unmarked
