In addition a dedication page has been added to this edition after the copyright page which reads: "To Susan Gregory of Monterey." The dust jacket is identical to the Covici-Friede edition but the spine and the lower rear flap imprints have "Covici Friede" blocked out and "Viking Press" printed thereon. Not noted in Goldstone & Payne.
