Possibly representing Lu Dongbin shown stroking his long beard while seated on a rockwork throne, with a sword strapped to his back, and with a young acolyte holding a double gourd standing in the foreground of the wave-lapped, rocky base, the opaque white stone softly polished; together with a pale greenish-white jade figure of Buddha, 19th century, shown seated in padmasana and with hands held in dhyanamudra, wearing robes falling in crisp folds, the face carved with contemplative expression and the hair carved with tight curls surrounding an usnisa, the softly polished stone with opaque buff mottling
