The flattened circular body raised on a flared oval foot with slightly concave base, decorated with two circular medallions, one enclosing a blue dragon clutching a flaming pearl amidst pink and red clouds, the other enclosing a phoenix in flight amidst blossoming peony sprigs, both encircled by a black border and surrounded by angular scrolls, below a ruyi collar at the base of a cylindrical neck flanked by a pair of dragon scroll handles positioned above lotus sprays on the narrow sides, some restoration
