Cast in the form of a lotus-filled, faceted pear-shaped vase raised on an hexagonal 'lacquer' stand in turn supported by a tripod base with scalloped edge, each support separated by a curved hook and cast as scrolling vapor issuing from the mouth of a monster mask, with a dark brown patina
