The first of a tiger, the powerfully-built, reclining animal turning his head back over his body, the pattern of his coat defined by detailed incisions, good color and patina, unsigned; together with a stagshorn model of a lotus leaf on which a frog beats a mokugyo with a lotus bud, old chip to one edge, signed on an ivory plaque, Otsuki--1¾in. and 2in. (4.4 and 5.1cm.) long (2)
