Of rectangular shape with rounded edges decorated in raised black lacquer on the black lacquer ground with tall pine trees below a flock of flying birds rendered in sumi-e togidashi, the interior cases decorated in togidashi with gold and black striated cloud patterns; fitted with a lacquered wood manju netsuke decorated with a signature seal and large gold kakihan and with a bead ojime--2 7/8in. (7.2cm.) high
