The tall inro of oval section decorated in iro-e takamaki-e, hiramaki-e and extensive kirigane with a scene of deer in an autumn landscape of hills and red maples, a silver lacquer waterfall on one side, the interior cases nashiji; fitted with a wood netsuke modelled as a monkey trainer and decorated with colored lacquer and with a gilded ojime cast with overlapping chrysanthemums applied with tiny pearl centers--3 7/8in. (9.8cm.) high
