The raised superstructure with three-quarter pierced brass gallery above a geometrically inlaid panelled fall flanked by reeded vase finials, the lower section with frieze drawer sliding forward to reveal a fitted interior with an adjustable leather-lined writing surface on lotus-leaf and scroll carved cabriole legs joined by a stretcher with casters
