A GEORGE III SILVER COVERED ENTREE DISH, A MATCHING ENTREE DISH WITH AN ASSOCIATED SILVER PLATED COVER, the silver London, 1812, maker's mark probably that of William Burwash, each oblong, each dish interior engraved with crest, with tongue-and-dart applied moldings, engraved under base with presentation inscription dated 1951, the silver cover engraved with coat of arms within foliate mantling, topped by crest, with two detachable foliate ring handles, the silver plated cover engraved with a crest (handle not fitting), with differing molding--11¾in (29.8cm.) long, the silver 86oz.
