PINKERTON, ALLAN (1819-1884). Salt print photograph inscribed and signed ("Allan Pinkerton"), n.d., n.p. [circa 1866]. 253 x 205 mm. (10 x 8 in.), some overall browning, lower edges slightly dampstained (affecting some letters of the inscription). A large (for the era), shoulder-length portrait, inscribed and signed: "Yours truly Allen Pinkerton 1866." Very Rare.
