unused 2c White Plains souvenir sheet (630 two), stamps never hinged, both have trifle heavy natural gum wrinkles and bends, one has couple spots of ms. on back of selvage, other has few telescoped perfs. and couple minor toning spots, otherwise fine-very fine appearance, Scott retail $800.00
