With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds, blued steel moon-style hands, the hinged circular case (No. 401368) with downturned lugs, together with an 18 carat gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed.
