The clock surmounted by a figural group depicting Cleopatra holding a scepter and seated on a sphinx above a gilt metal clockface, the pyramid form case depicting incised painted and gilt Egyptian chariot scenes and carved marble columns ending in Egyptian masks, the urn form ends bearing similiar decoration
