Of varying shapes with shallow sides, each painted with a vignette of a different bird, three perched on a blossoming or fruiting branch, the fourth, a pheasant, perched on rockwork, the two quatrefoil dishes with ruby-red backgrounds, one dish with a golden-yellow ground and one with a lime-green ground, each reverse painted with a foliate spray on a different color ground, one lime green, one sky blue, one pink and one purple, chips and cracks to enamels
