etching in dark brown, 1915, on laid paper, with a partial watermark, third (final) state, signed in pencil, with full margins, a few soft handling creases in the margins, otherwise in very good condition; Mrs. Cleveland II (A. 146)--etching, 1899, on heavy wove paper, fifth state (of six), with margins, bears signature, a surface scrape at top, pale light- and mat staining, pale mat staining on the reverse, otherwise in good condition; Self-Portrait 1917 (A. 270)--etching in brownish-black, 1916, on laid paper, third (final) state, signed in pencil, with margins, deckled on three sides, a few small pressure marks at bottom, pale light-staining, a few pale stains in the margins, glued down at the reverse of the margin edges; J.B.
