A GROUP OF SIX FRENCH SILVER ITEMS, comprising a cylindrical saucepan with subtle spout, engraved with coat-of-arms, crest and motto, part wood baluster side handle, with detachable molded raised cover topped by wood button finial--mid 19th century--5in. (12.7cm.) diam., a pear-shaped demitasse pot, wood angular handle, partly covered spout, hinged partly raised cover with bud finial--Paris, 1819-1838, two Louis XVI bell form beakers, one engraved with names--late 18th century, a jug with squat spout, strap handle, the chained flat cover topped by beaded bud finial--post 1838, and a baluster mustard pot with hinged domed cover, scroll handle, with later added spout--average height 4¼in.
