A SIX PIECE SILVER TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE ON TWO HANDLED TRAY, maker's mark of Gorham, circa 1914, comprising tea kettle, stand and lamp, teapot, coffee pot, two handle covered sugar bowl, cream jug and waste bowl, each navette form, on elongated octagonal pedestal base, two sides with vacant crescent form cartouche flanked by foliate sprays, with reeded rims, the pots with harp form handle, the hinged domed cover topped by urn form finial on flat chased radiating bellflower calyx--tea kettle on stand over swing handle--13in. (33cm.), the tray with conforming cartouche, with two knurled handles--length over handles 29in. (73.6cm.), gross weight 240oz. (7)
