Designed as a gold concave plaque applied with varicolored pastel enamel depicting a sky and water, enhanced by a rose-cut diamond sun and a water lily, within a chased gold twin pelican frame, suspending a rose-cut diamond drop, mounted in platinum and 18K gold, with French hallmarks, circa 1900
