Of conical form rising to a wide, circular rim from a short ring foot, impressed in the interior with a single stylized peony rosette in a sunken reserve surrounded by an impressed design of peony blossoms and scrolling foliage below a single incised line, the details of the foliage rendered by incised hairlines, the exterior smooth and the whole covered by a blue-green celadon glaze of even lustre and with sparse crackle--6¼in. (15.9cm.) diameter, 1¾in. (4.6cm.) high, two hairline cracks to rim, small chip to underside of rim
