Of cylindrical form resting on a ring foot with recessed base with a curved shoulder and cylindrical neck ending in a rolled lip, covered overall save the foot with a white glaze with distinctive blue cast and lustre, thicker and slightly more blue in several dabs on the sides and in a rivulet flowing from the neck across the shoulder to the foot, foot unglazed, recessed base glazed white--7in. (17.8cm.) high, hairline crack at rim, arc-shaped glaze crack above foot
