Carved as the figure of Gama sennin reclining and biting into a peach as his frog companion crawls over his side, the figure's robes decorated with an incised cloud pattern, the frog highly polished and with large eyes of inlaid ebony, himotoshi formed of folds in the figure's robes on the base, signed in a rectangular cartouche on the reverse--2 5/8 in. (6.5cm.) high
