The Ritsuo style inro of rounded rectangular shape decorated in ceramic and pewter inlays on a roiro-nuri ground with a badger regarding the moon, both sides with chrysanthemums and flowering grasses rendered in iro-e hiramaki-e, interior cases nashiji; fitted with an ivory bead ojime carved in relief with a dragon, and a wood netsuke carved as the head of a fox with a movable jaw--3in. (7.7cm.) high, small scratches, loss to ivory inlay
