The inro of rounded rectangular shape decorated in takamaki-e and hiramaki-e on a bright kinji ground with the twelve animals of the zodiac designed in roundels, interior cases nashiji; fitted with a bead ojime and an ivory netsuke carved in relief also depicting the twelve zodiac animals--3 5/8in. (9.1cm.) high
