The inro of oval section designed on both front and back with a falcon in charcoal-grey takamaki-e on a perch of mokume against a bright kinji ground, the bottom part of the perch decorated with chrysanthemum roundels in gold and silver takamaki-e on a dark brownish-gold ground, interior cases in nashiji; fitted with a coral bead ojime and a manju netsuke of carved black lacquer flowers on a red lacquer ground--3 7/8in. (9.8cm.) high
