THREE SHIBAYAMA-STYLE INRO AND AN IVORY NETSUKE

The first of four cases inlaid in various materials with a parrot on a perch, the reverse with a hanging bouquet of flowers, signed Shibayama on an oval cartouche, en suite ojime and manju netsuke similarly decorated with a pair of Mandarin ducks, signed Masao; the second of five cases inlaid in various materials with a duck in water, the reverse with bouquets of flowers, signed Masamitsu, with en suite ojime and manju netuske decorated with Daikoku's mallet; the third of three cases inlaid in various materials with a rooster and hen and a pair of bows on the reverse, signed Masayuki with en suite ojime and manju netsuke decorated with a kingfisher; a netuske carved as an elaborately caparisoned elephant, signed Keiun--3½, 3¾ and 3½in.
