Of oval section designed in tsuikoku and tsuishu with dragons flying amongst clouds, against a recessed red lacquer ground carved with a wave pattern, interior cases in black lacquer; fitted with a lacquer bead ojime and an ivory manju netsuke carved with snakes, insects and flowers in deep relief--3¾in.
