Salmon (1644-1712) published various works on medicine, astrology, and other subjects. As stated in the Introduction, "Tis a Work highly of Use for Physicians, Chyrurgians, and Apothecaries, and for their Sakes, and the Publick Good it was principally Designed and Intended."
