(12 1/16 x 8 in.), later vellum-backed boards, remnants of gilt-lettered spine labels; some leaves with fore-margins stained (occasionally crossing text), a few small wormholes (mostly marginal). This edition of the influential medieval encyclopedia is one of only two known independent productions by Loeslein, who had formerly worked with Bernard Maler and Erhardt Ratdolt.
