A group of seven buttons, all different designs including a piece dated 1859, struck in the likeness of a 2-Reales piece from Guanajuato with assayer initials PJ, struck in brass, 33 mm. diameter (Buttrey 12), also two pieces struck in brass, obv. C.R.F.*LYON and sun iwth rays within two branches, rev. Meican Eagle on cactus, similar to desing on reverse of KM.413 (Buttrey 16, for both pieces), together with two similar pieces, both struck in brass, one dated 1875 as above, the other undated (unlisted in Buttrey), uniface striking on a 2 1/2-Peso piece, copper, bust of Miguel Hidalgo facing left, dated 1921, together with a similar piece only 10-Pesos and also dated 1921, soddering marks on most pieces, average about fine, an interesting group (7) (lot)
