Of paddle form, a short shaftlike handle and knob at the end, both sides carved in low relief and painted with an animal figure in red, green, blue and black, a hole through the center, and a border decorated with carved ovals, human hair inserted along one side

Holm (1983, p. 94, no. 160) is unable to identify the animal represented by the center formline design. The border is decorated with ovals representing opercula shells.
