Of tapering form, central panel decorated blue, green, white, geodesic, translucent red and blue beads on a white ground with traditional "point" motifs on both sides, sides of the upper portion and rim beaded with stripe motifs in white, blue and orange, below red, blue and white quillwork surmounting hide fringe at bottom, hide tie at top with six tin cones
