A PAIR OF COALPORT PALE-GREEN BRICK-GROUND SQUARE DISHES

Each painted in colours with cows and sheep, respectively in landscapes with trees within shaped pale-green brick-pattern borders edged with gilt scrolls suspending floral sprays, one with a chip and crack, 8 3/8in. (21.3cm.) square; together with an English cylindrical cup and cover, possibly Worcester, circa 1805, with dome cover and angular handle, painted with birds perched on branches in square reserves on the iron-red and git trellis ground between bands of gilt chevrons, lacking one handle (3)
