A custom designed charm given to Ms. Meadows by "Honeymooners" creator Jackie Gleason. In the center of the 14K gold charm a ruby stone stick figure of Mr. Gleason in his trademark pose, embellished with a pearl; engraved around the circumference of the gold circle, AND AW-A-A-Y WE GO, Jackie Gleason's famous and familiar slogan which signalled the start of the "The Jackie Gleason Show" television program.
