With an inverted stack of hollow spheres ornamented with granulation, attached to the base of the navicella-shaped body by a cylindrical element with cross-hatched design, with a (probably later) cabachon garnet set in a tear-shaped box rimmed with granulation, both ends of the navicella hammered into thin earwires which are twisted closed
