The four-glass clock with cylinder movement suspending a portrait mask and sunburst pendulum, striking on a single bell, the white enamel dial with blue Roman numerals and black Arabic numerals, in rectangular-section case, the frieze mounted with ribbon-ties suspending foliage, cornucopia and acanthus scrolls, the sides similarly mounted, the stepped pediment surmounted by a two-handled urn with foliate-cast finial, the rectangular base incorporating a frieze panel cast with acanthus scrolls and ribbon ties, on fluted circular-section supports, the frieze bearing a presentation inscription
