A FRENCH CHAMPLEVÉ ENAMEL AND GILT BRONZE MANTEL CLOCK GARNITURE, late 19th century

The rectangular case in the chinoiserie taste with column uprights to the angles, the raised domed top supported on scroll mounts with dragon head terminals, the finial modelled as a stork, the circular Roman dial above a foliate pierced and cast bombé base on caparisoned elephant mask feet, the movement with countwheel strike on a bell, and the pair of conforming urns
