A Victorian mahogany and parcel-gilt pedestal sideboard
of inverted breakfront outline, the raised back with central lyre-shaped motif between eagles heads, above a flowerhead and vine decorated panel with conforming gilt decoration to the sides, the top with three concave frieze drawers, each pedestal with foliate-carved panelled cupboard doors, one enclosing slides, the other with a lead-lined bottle drawer, flanked by foliate-capped pilasters, on a plinth base -- 84½in. (215cm.) wide
