Of broad cylindrical shape, the exterior painted in bright violet-blue tones with a hen roosting on a leafy nest, a cockerel pecking at an insect and bamboo beside chrysanthemums issuing from rockwork, all between an incised floral meander around the rim and chevron band around the base (rim glaze flakes)
