The top of each rectangular section a brilliant green colour, each carved as a coiled chilong holding a sprig of ruyi foliage in its mouth, the hook as a dragon head of matching brilliant green tone, connected to the pure white semi-opaque base by the chilongs' feet; the reverse with a pair of studs, Qing dynasty
Overall length 95 x 30 x 18.7 mm
With certificate no. JC7754 dated 20/08/96 from Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory Limited stating that the buckles are natural colour jadeite and no polymer is detected (2)
