The circular ink cake finely moulded on the front with a sinous three-clawed dragon leaping from a ground of dense cloud-scrolls, the reverse with a raised inscription, Yun xing yu shi wan guo xian ning, 'the movements of the clouds and rain bestow peace on all the myriad states', below yumo 'imperial ink' in gilded seal script, one edge inscribed Qianlong gui si nian zhi
