Of double-gourd shape, the lower bulb with a circular clock face, the hands formed as a twisted dragon's body, framed by an alternating green and red glass border, the upper bulb with the characters Da Ji, 'Great Good Fortune', atop a blue enamel plaque, the finely beaten and chased body worked to depict a dense floral-scroll, the reverse incised as leafy vine with curled tendrils around the pierced medallion with further flowers revealing the clock's movement
