ENCIRCLED WANLI SIX-CHARACTER MARK AND OF THE PERIOD

The small gobular body painted with four sinuous, five-clawed dragons roundels flanked by precious objects, the short neck encircled by a border of lotus lappets enclosing ruyi-heads, the domed cover with petals around the central knop, the cobalt of bright purplish-blue tones (small rim chip restored, nick to rim of cover)
