JIAJING SIX-CHARACTER MARK WITHIN A DOUBLE SQUARE AND OF THE PERIOD

Painted and enamelled in underglaze-blue, iron-red, yellow, green and aubergine with The Eight Buddhist Emblems amongst continuous scrolling lotus between underglaze-blue and iron-red ruyi heads at the shoulder and similarly enamelled lappets around the foot, the short necks with a key-pattern border, glaze frits
