These two rare single-vintage Olorosos were originally sold at Christie's in May 1994 on behalf of Gonzàlez-Byass to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the creation of Tio Pepe. Traditionally, sherry is matured in a Solera system, but Gonzàlez-Byass have routinely selected and put aside each year a few selected butts for later bottling as single vintage wines. They are of the highest quality
