The wines and cognac were inspected and packed by Christie's staff and are now lying London, S.E.1 except for some of the smaller lots which are lying at Christie's
Unless otherwise stated levels are top-shoulder or better. Labels are bin-soiled and dusty except for those in original wooden cases which are good except when stated otherwise

Recorked and relabelled by the Château in 1966. Lot 1 level into neck. Lot 2 level upper-shoulder
The first of the famous fin de siècle twin vintages. Recorked should be in excellent condition. M.B.
